Non-MonetarySupport
DolphinEnergy hasmade a number
of key non-monetary donations to
organizations over the years, one such
examplebeing theprovisionof printers
to theRedCrescent Society. Fifty-two
printersweredonated after Dolphin
installedbrand-newmulti-functioning
printers across its offices in 2010which
were compatible to its ‘ManagedPrint
Services’ initiative.
This effort provides aperfect
example of thebenefits
reaped through the integrated
management of economic,
environmental and social
performance (i.e.. Sustainability):
With this one gesture, Dolphin
Energy divertedwaste from
the landfill, while avoiding
additional incurred costs to find
a vendor todispose of 52printers.
Furthermore, Dolphin also supported
community development by donating
the equipment to anorganization,
which regularly gets requests for office
materials to support the functions of
vital community resources such as local
educational institutions.
