Turnover andAbsenteeism
Turnover improved in 2010decreasing from 11% to 7%. Qatar
experienced a 3%unplanned turnover, while theUAE experienced a
6.5% unplanned turnover in2010. Fifty-six percent of total turnover
was unexpected. The highest rate of turnover was in the general staff,
followedby contractors and thenmiddle-management staff.
