TRI ratesover thecourseof the year. Toaddress the increase inTRIR in
2010, proper investigationof incidentsand their causeswereconducted,
followedby increasedcommunicationchannelsamongemployeesand
contractors, increasedauditsand inspections, andfinally increased
provisionof training. DolphinEnergyconductscorporate-wideHSE
training for all relevant employees, andeachbusinessunit also follows
anHSE trainingmatrixwhich isauditedby theQHSEdepartment.
DolphinEnergyconductsessential training for all staff suchas first aid,
evacuationdrills, andbasicfirefightingamongothers.
