Several healthcampaignswereconductedduring2010; topics included
heat stress, hypertension, diabetes, breast cancer,weightmanagement,
and respiratorydiseases. Themost successful campaignconducted in
2010 involvedanergonomicassessmentwhich studiedwork-stationsand
evaluated set-upsonemployeeposture, stressmanagement andoverall
health. Ahealthy lifestylecampaignwasalsoconducted in2010 focused
onweight-loss; thecampaignwas titled “TheBiggest Loser” after the
popular TV show,whichmonitored theweight lossof over 30participants.
All employeesare required toget anextensivehealthcheckevery3
years, andall newemployeesare required toget afit-to-workcheckup
byamedical professional which is then reviewedbyDolphinEnergy’s
Occupational HealthTeam todeterminewhether potential employeesare
fit toworkat Dolphin.
DolphinEnergy’sproductsarepremiumqualityhydrocarbongasand
liquidsandashazardousmaterials, strictQHSEcontrolsareexercised
at all stagesof production, processinganddispatch for export for liquids
anddistributionof gas. There isno recordof any incidenceof
non-compliancewithproduct healthand safety regulations.

authorityhasbeennotified immediately.
Process safety focusesonpreventingfires, explosionsandaccidental
chemical releases inchemical process facilitiesor other facilitiesdealing
withhazardousmaterials suchasoffshoreplatforms, pipelines, plants, gas
productionanddistribution systems. DolphinEnergyuses industrybest
practicesduringdesignandmodification, andduringoperations toensure
process safety. Issueswithprocess safetyarecommunicated through
trainingandbymaking the informationavailable toall employees.
