level. Nobreaches of customer privacy
havebeen reported sinceDolphin
Energy’s inception. Following up
our commitmentmade inour 2009
sustainability report, DolphinEnergy
set out todeliver customer satisfaction
surveys. The surveywas developed and
issued to all DolphinEnergy customers,
with a 100% response rate. The company
scored 6.9out of 10, whichwill serve as
abaseline for forthcoming surveys. A 7.0
result is defined as “good” in the survey.
